September 2020 – The EMR team successfully completed Market Research and Business Partner Search in the Baltics. The Client is a Swedish smart building and agile workspace software developer. The company’s unique technology layer – combining IWMS software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Internet of Things (IoT) – brings buildings to life and makes them smart. A smart building is a responsive and helpful building, improving comfort, space, utilities and resource usage, and assisting users in real-time. The company operates in several countries in Europe and beyond. During the project we conducted research into the Baltic commercial real estate market and identified potential local partners. We also arranged virtual meetings with best-fit companies. As a result, the Client has recently started co-operation with 3 local partners – market leaders in this area.
